Can you believe it’s almost November? This year has flown by so quickly! Even with how fast time has passed, there have been some wonderful things happening in our church.
In October, Friend Day was a huge success! It wasn’t just about the numbers—it was about the energy, the interactions, and the way everyone came together to make the service so special.
The following Sunday, we celebrated Craig Feild’s baptism. What a beautiful moment that was! From the baptism itself to all the people who helped make it happen, it was a perfect example of how the church family comes together.
We are also excited for our Ladies’ Dinner this Saturday, where Katherine Hager will be speaking. With 12 ladies already signed up, I can’t wait to see what God does through this special time.
On Sunday morning, we’ll have Men’s Breakfast from 8:00–9:00 AM. There’s plenty of time to get home and bring your family back for the service. If you’d like to join us, please reply by Wednesday evening so we can make sure there’s enough food for everyone.
Looking ahead to November, I will be starting a series on Thanksgiving. On November 16, we’ll have a special testimony service that I promise will be a blessing to everyone who attends.
During our October announcements, Mike mentioned Pastor Appreciation Month. While I feel truly appreciated, I want to take a moment to express how much I appreciate all of you. Every time we meet, you make our church gatherings meaningful and full of love. Thank you, East Lake Fellowship, for loving my family and me so well.
